I have the following list of tasks on my plate:

{{task_list}}

Sort every item into the Eisenhower Matrix using these definitions:
- Quadrant 1 (Do Now): Urgent and important — deadlines, crises, critical deliverables
- Quadrant 2 (Schedule): Not urgent but important — strategic work, relationship-building, learning
- Quadrant 3 (Delegate): Urgent but not important — interruptions, some meetings, admin requests
- Quadrant 4 (Eliminate): Not urgent and not important — busywork, time-wasting activities

For each quadrant, list the tasks and give me one sentence on the right action to take.
Flag any tasks you are uncertain about and explain why.
At the end, tell me the 3 tasks I should start today.
